Tots els forjats i panells necessaris s&#8217;autoconstruiran en el TMDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es tracta d&#8217;un sistema en fusta que recorda al Balloon Frame, per\u00f2 emplafonat per a facilitar la prefabricaci\u00f3 dels diferents elements. Els panells que formen la fa\u00e7ana estan constru\u00efts per un bastidor que cont\u00e9 l&#8217;a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic.
